This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Nexus Capital Partners LLC (trading as NXT Capital Partners, "the Company"). By engaging our services and submitting payment, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. General Principle
All fees become non-refundable once services have commenced. "Commencement" means the earlier of (a) the first advisory session, deliverable, or written work product being provided, or (b) seven (7) calendar days after the date of payment.
2. Refund Request Window
A client may request a refund in writing within seven (7) calendar days of payment, provided that services have not yet commenced. Refund requests received after this window or after services have commenced will not be granted, except where required by applicable law.
3. How to Submit a Request
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ir@nxtcapartners.com and must include: the client name, the invoice or transaction reference, the date of payment, and the reason for the request. We will respond within five (5) business days.
4. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. The Company does not control the timing of when funds appear on your bank or card statement.
5. Exceptions
- Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full upon verification.
- Documented technical failures preventing service delivery are refunded in full.
- Quarterly retainers may be cancelled at the end of any paid quarter; no mid-quarter pro-rata refunds are issued.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that clients contact us at ir@nxtcapartners.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing concern.
